At DAI, we believe that the sort of leadership that transforms the world is one which is gentle, which does not call attention to the leader, where those being served take center place and the leader becomes their servant.
We also believe that this type of leadership can be taught to even seasoned and experienced leaders and we are committed to making this happen through our short term as well as more longer term courses.
Who We Are
The Development Associates Initiative (DAI) is a registered society working in the field of education and training since 2009.
Our registered office is in New Delhi, India. However, we do have a presence in Siliguri, West Bengal as well as in Bangalore, Karnataka.
