The objective of this degree is to provide an interactive educational experience that results in qualitative change in the leader’s life, relationships and leadership practices.
The MAOL is the most in-depth training we offer. Over the course of the three-year, part-time program, students experience character and skill development in a variety of capacities, as well as gain credibility from earning a master’s degree. The MAOL is offered in association with Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) in India.
