MA in Organizational Leadership (MAOL)
The goal of the MA in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) is to transform students into servant leaders who are passionate about revolutionizing their communities and organizations.
Through this program, students are encouraged to practice servant leadership, modeled most clearly by Jesus, and consider how their Christian faith impacts all aspects of life, including how they lead others. Students are challenged to collaborate with and serve others, rather than pursue power or position.
This post-graduate programme is run in association with the Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU), Shillong, India.
